Fitbit One suddenly stopped counting floors correctly

I've had my Fitbit One for a few years and have always found it to be pretty accurate. I am a seasoned walker and hiker, so I have tested my Fitbit against known data, and I know which factors to account for when I see skewed results. It's also worth mentioning that I live in Colorado, so the altimeter was a strong determining factor when I purchased my Fitbit. Again, it has always been pretty accurate. I know it will count floors I didn't climb when I take the elevator...I know flying and other significant quick elevation changes will skew the results. So, all that said, I'm disappointed today to see that I've only logged 2 floors when I know I've logged a lot more. I live in a 2-story townhouse, and I work from home. On a regular day, I usually log 15-20 floors without leaving my house because I drink a lot of water, and therefore, I pee a lot, and in order to get in a halfway decent amount of activity on a regular day, I always go to the other floor to pee. Another example of typical accuracy: I went on a hike the other day that was marked as having an elevation change of 1867ft...Fitbit logged 192 floors that day, which totally jives with its calculation of 1 floor per 10ft of change (when you consider that I also went up and down the stairs in my house a few times in addition to the hike). Never have had a problem until last night. The hike was Saturday, and all of the data for the day looked right. Last night (Sunday), I noticed that my Fitbit hadn't synched with my phone since late Saturday night. I started messing with it this morning (Monday), and after a charge, reboot, etc, it was synched up again, so I thought all was well. That was about 9 hours ago... it's 3:30 in the afternoon, and my Fitbit says I've only logged 2 floors today.  I'm in this forum because the lack of syncing caused me to notice that my Fitbit Aria (scale) hadn't synched  since Feb, and I've spent most of the day trying to correct that problem. So I'm now wondering if anyone else has experienced this sudden lack of accuracy and if it could somehow be related to the sudden lack of syncing that I've lost my day to correcting.

Look at those 2 recents posts from the community fitbit

1. Synching works brielfy then "flips" back to previous data.

2. More Sync Problems

Since saturday morning many people report sync problem due to Windows App store not working properly anymore. I had to uninstall the app. and use the Android on my tablet because nothing was syncing anymore.

For your Aria scale, I suggest using android apllication to fix the problem

I just reinstall the Windows Store app and it work now
