I loved this device, but now having problems pairing it with my phone.  Does this unit finally die?  Maybe it is time to update?

They dont last forever. How long have you had it?

 

Mine is going on 3 years

 

But you can try this

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Yes mine is older and now it is not tracking correct steps..time for new!
