Fitbit data recorded on wrong days

My fitbit is recording my steps every day.  I have it on a continuous sync using bluetooth on my Windows 10 computer.

The problem is that the steps from yesterday (Saturday) show on the dashboard for last Tuesday.  Today's steps are zero on the dashboard, but are on the dashboard for last Wednesday.  The time on the fitbit is also one hour off and does not correct.

I've tried turning the auto sync off.  I've also deleted the bluetooth connection and re-paired the device.

I can't find this problem anywhere on the site.
