Fitbit doesnt turn on

Hi my fitbit one is new. When i plugged it into the charger it  "fitbit 6.64" appears on the screen. And then when i clicked it again it shows that my battery is full. I cant turn it on and sync in my phone at all and my phone cant detect it. Can you tell me all the steps yo be able to open it?

I had exactly the same problem yesterday.  I know the box was 5 years old, I had just never opened it.  The answer from others was that the battery was dead.  There is no hope for it.  If you just bought it, return it and purchase a new model tracker.  If somehow you do get it working, please report back.

@Seaneee your battery isn't full, it's dead, and that's why it only shows "full" when plugged in.  you can see my posts with detailed photos and step-by-step instructions. all I've really updated since those would be a cuticle trimmer for carefully removing glue on the motherboard, and a 99% isopropyl cleaning of the circuit board 🤓

Worth knowing: BRAND NEW FITBIT ONES were manufactured years ago and if you're not actively charging them, at least a full drain and fill every few weeks, the batteries in them start dying, it's nothing to do with Fitbit and everything to do with how LiPos work in general. This is why so many people buy "brand new" DEAD Ones 😬

May I suggest returning it, if you purchased it recently?
