My Fitbit One just stopped. It won't sync. The button won't buzz. It isn't charging either! All those Halloween steps gone!

Has anyone had this happen? Thank you.

The same thing happened to my unit, no power no lights came on,then I realised the unit some how powered itself off. I pressed down on the button and held it there & the unit came back on. Shame I didn't try this 7 days ago when it stopped working for no reason. Give it try & fingers crossed it might help

Thanks for your response, you may have been right. I did end up contacting fitbit online chat and they were great walking me through the steps (no pun intended) to get it going. So glad to have it back.

Thanks, I had just lost 8000+ steps. I held it on and it reappeared. Whew!

Sorry kids, I posted too soon. My Fitbit turned on but turned right back off. I tried a few times while on with customer support. No luck. Ordered a new One since I can't wear on wrist due to previous rashes from the Flex. As typical, not covered under warranty however I did receive a 25% off discount. All is good. If this is my biggest problem today, you know life is good. Have a great day!
