Fitbit not entering bike minutes accurately

I had 13 minutes active doing my mini tram.  Then I input 4 miles at 19 minutes and it totaled at 24 active.  What is going on?  I deleted it and tried to put it in again...will not work...even took a minute and another off!  I met my 30 minute goal and it won't put that up accurately!  This is the second time it's done this.  Not happy...what can I do to fix problem.

Biking should be entered in manually. Its not step based

Strange thing is it put in a number but not the correct total.
