I currently have a fitbit one which I really like, but have ordered the blaze, but I'm rethinking that maybe the charge HR would be a better choice. I really want the heart monitor, steps and sleep. Any suggestions?

If not please give it a try and let's see how you Fitbit reacts. If you did but nothing changed, I would suggest to contact support for further assistance.
Thank you so much. I got it working. I did try and reboot the one last night but I guess it did not really reboot. I did it twice this morning and both times I got the Fitbit 6.6 or 6.0 that I've never seen before. Then I added the device back into my phone and the stairs are now showing!
