Hi @Peewee1124. I don't know if you've exchanged your One yet or still have it. If you still have it, I would try this:
Connect your Fitbit One to the charging cable, turn on your computer and plug the charging cable in. Then press and hold the button on your One for as long as it takes to see something on your One's display, 30 or 40 seconds if need be. If the screen does light up, it should also show the Fitbit logo followed by a number representing the firmware version number. For the Fitbit One, the last update was 60.
