Fitness pal sync

I'm very confused on the adjustments from fitness pal. Yesterday was my first day using the two together and MFP was allowing me 450 extra calories. When I went back into my day log from yesterday and clicked on the adjustment under exercise to try and have a better understanding , it broke down where they calculated that and it said my Fitbit burned roughly 2800 calories when infact the app said I only burned 2300? Meaning had I eaten those extra calories given to me I would have been well over my calorie intake for Thst day.

Welcome to our Community @Shanicefir! Thanks for joining us! Robot HappyPlease try the following steps to fix this discrepancy you're seeing on your calories (please know this should be done on your online Dashboard:)

1. Log in to your Fitbit dashboard and click Log > Activities.
2. Verify that the activity was not logged twice.
3. Go to your Account Settings (found under your profile picture), and scroll down to Preferences. Disable Calorie Estimation.
4. Turn off Personalized Meal Plans in your Fitbit account.
5. Wear your Fitbit for all activities.
6. Log your cardio exercise on the MyFitnessPal site.

Let me know how it goes! Man Happy
