Has Fitbit stopped allowing Fitbit One to sync? It no longer syncs on iPhone nor using my computer.

Hello,

I have had a Fitbit One for over 6 years. I received it while working for WW when we partnered with them. I still love the convenience of it; however, I have not been able to sync it up since 7/7/2020. I have tried on both my old iPhone 7 as well as my new iPhone 12. I currently have it plugged into my older model desktop computer where it used to sync, but it will not do so anymore. Has Fitbit stopped allowing it to sync?

Also, desktop no longer appears to offer a way to sync. Has the One been removed?

My One hasn’t synced since March 1st. I’m going to try to do what I did last time this happened sometime today.

@SunsetRunner 6.16? Did you mean to say 6.46 or is your username literal and it's a silly inside joke? 🙂 LOL

My One says 6.64 however I can't change the time on it.  It is two hours out.  My understanding is that if I were able to sync then the time would automatically update to the time on my computer and my iPhone.  One still counts my steps....so I guess that is the main thing.  But I would really like it to sync as then I have a historical record.  Any thoughts?

Just back from my walk.......and guess what my One has synced to my phone.  Must have been the holding down for 15 sec and then pressing once.  It has also changed the time.  Thanks so much to everyone for their input.  Hope it stays this way!!

MINE TOO! I Hate all of fitbit’s other trackers so I’m extremely mad. I hate wearing something on my wrist and the inspire is just weirdly bulky. Definitely done with fitbit after this. Was on the phone and chatting with support for so long and they couldn’t fix it. I will never use a fitbit ever again unless they bring the ONE back!
