Good to see you around @SunsetRunner, I wonder if you can provide more details about your inquiry so other users can give you assistance or as a moderator perhaps I can help you with your concerns?

See you around and happy stepping. Robot wink

Technical details:  as I am slowly dying from kidney disease brought on by diabetes, am wondering a little closer about my "sleep habits" as reported by my Fitbit One.

When I look at my stats dashboard, it states "awake 5x" and "restless" 19x.  I believe the Fibit One is smart enough to detect when I have CHANGED from a horizontal position to veritical (as in getting up an having to walk to the bathroom), so these "awake 5x" messages are to be read as..... "I had to get up FIVE times" and the restless just indicates I'm still in bed (horizonal) but tossing and turning, right?...

Thanks,

Mark
