Long story, I have multiple One's (my husband lost his & started using mine that went through the washer we thought was dead (maybe not)). I bought a new One. Two days ago, I received my new, YAY, Charge HR. Now all devices are going crazy on my Account!

Hello @smittycdm,
While I'm more than happy to help, @Odyssey13 is more than capable of answering your questions. Here are a few observations:
- Your Fitbit stats are tied to your account, not your tracker. So you can replace your tracker (remove all trackers even) and your data will be fine.
- You can see which device(s) you have paired to your account from your device settings, if you don't see the One there anymore, then it's not paired to your account anymore.
- While you shouldn't use multiple trackers at once (when paired to the same account), it shouldn't add both trackers' steps to your account. Just one of them.
I hope this helps.

@smittycdm at least you knew where to come when you had an issue. These forums are the best and @PureEvil is actually nicer than his name would imply.
Hope you get everything all set up.

Just writing to say I have been having the same issue for awhile now, the fitbit seems like it "turns off" after a few seconds, I can not view steps or anything without holding the button down for a few seconds where the "FitBit 6.60" screen displays..then the steps...then it turns off again. If I have my phone open to the app it will sync during this time but as soon as I go out is shuts down again, I noticed that it shuts down because if I sync at 9:15am and then check again in a few hours the fitmit thinks its still 9:15 this is the same when I try the sleep tracker I will wake up and the sleep timer is no longer going and it thinks its 10:00 PM or whenever I went to sleep. I tried to reset it multiple times with no luck, I tried waiting a few weeks and letting it die completely then recharge and same story. the battery seems to work fine and charge fine. again this has been going on for a few months now I should have submitted the issue sooner but just always thought I was doing something wrong. The device itself is about 3 years old now. My iPhone 6 is traking my steps for now but I would still like the fitbit to work and sleep track most of all.

@Lilpigg , I think there is some misunderstanding! It's not bad at all to have 2 (or more!) devices connected to the same account. It's absolutely fine to switch off between trackers, although you are advised not to wear two at the same time. If you find wearing the CHR at night and the One in the day, then carry on! No problem at all.

@Lilpigg I couldn't have said it better myself. @Julia_G did a great job on explaining this! She is quite right in recommending not to wear both or more trackers at the same time, as this does not provide any more features than wearing trackers individually. Also, sync each tracker before taking it off and putting on another to avoid any discrepancies and make sure they're not next to each other when a syncing is in progress, that might override your already recorded information. This is usually reflected on the Dashboard.
Hey, hey, hey @smittycdm! It's great to have you back. If your One has been misplaced, please try the following:
- Check your Dashboard to see the last time your tracker synced. If it synced recently, that means it's near your mobile device or computer.
- Look near your laundry if you use a clip-on tracker. Many users find that these trackers wind up in the dirty clothes pile.
- If your One is connected with a mobile device, take that device to the area where you think you lost your tracker and try to sync it. If it syncs, you know the tracker is nearby.
- Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your tracker. For iOS you can try LightBlue - Bluetooth Low Energy and for Android you can try Bluetooth Finder.
Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the outcome!
