How do I adjust my stride length to accurately measure overall distance on Fitbit One?

I just dug out my Fitbit One to start using it again. After updating it to the latest s/w revision, it synced up and was ready to go. (S/W vers.3.36, build 1013, iphone8 iOS 14.2) If my memory is correct, in a past revision, there was a field that I could adjust my stride length to accurately measure my overall distance. I can’t find this field anywhere from my dashboard. Any ideas? (My wife and I just completed the same hike, side by side. Her stride length is less than mine and she takes about 10% more steps overall to complete the same journey. However, her overall length of trip is about 10% longer, big difference)

The place to adjust stride length has probably changed since you used it.  On phone app:

Profile Pic > SETTINGS:Activity & Wellness > Exercise > Stride Length.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hey JohnnyRow,

Thank you for your time and knowledge. Yup, that did the trick. I thought I was in every field but apparently not. I had to adjust the length by an additional 11 cm. I’ll get my wife’s tracker squared away next. I appreciate your interest and help.
