How do I reset time & date on a Fitbit One?

I just want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Blaze board to the One board to keep the order in the Forums. Now about your inquiry, there isn't an option to reset time and date but you can change this information by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Tap advanced setting
  3. Update your timezone and location information
  4. Sync
