How does activity level relate to calories burnt and/or steps taken?

Hi there.

I'm down on Fitbit records as reasonably active, or gently active (I can't remember what Fitbit called it!) and I'd like to know how many calories that assumes I burn in comparison to if I wasn't active at all, and/or how many steps that assumes I take before my steps turn up on the other app I use, MyFitnessPal, as extra exercise.

Can anyone help at all?

Thanks!

@Eleanorshak Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting your calories inquiry in this board.

So, you want your One to assume how many calories you burned and how many steps you take?

Could you please clarify your idea?

Additionally, if what you are asking for is something that Fitbit doesn't offer; please check the Feature Suggestions Board. Feel free to search for existing feature suggestions or add you own original one! This is the best place to ask for future Fitbit features.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
