How long will FB support the One? And anybody notice wrist swelling with the FB Ionic?

I go back to the early days of fitbit with the Ultra.

I had a fitbit One and am hoping to fish it out of where ever I put it some time ago and revive it and if not try to find one to purchase..  I change from the One to the Charge then the Surge then the Ionic.  I have never been happy with the accuracy of the wrist based watches as they do not register my steps...especially when I am pushing my grandson in a stroller...I have also never been happy with the battery low notification...inadequate notice before it dies...But most importantly, I have also noticed soreness in my wrist and swelling in my hand especially with the Ionic (which I purchased so I could track swimming which isn't that good- like my old pebble watch with the Swim.com app - not too accurate)...I have tried it on both wrist and got the same....I am in that "adult" agre but wondering.....Anybody notice the same swelling in the wrist?

And, can anybody tell me how long FB plans to support the One?

I don't like the Zip and would like to stay with the Fitbit platform if possible but I have tried to use the ionic regardless of the swelling but now there is pain....If FB is reading this...I like the One product and hoping to go back...this is a deal breaker if you are going to discontinue support of the One.  I have seriously given your watches a real try!

Not using it for a while can destroy the battery . So do not be surprised if you can not revive it

They will still support the One but they will not sell it

A year ago and a year after Fitbit stopped selling the Fitbit One the Fitbit One received new firmware.

Fitbit also at the time released new firmware for other discontinued trackers.
