How do I stop or delete the notifications that I receive on my phone that tell me that I have nailed it or only have so many steps to go for my goal?

There is no way to delete them. They do drop off after a while

 

To stop them on the computer Dashboard click on the gear and go to settings

 

On the left hand side click on Notifications and uncheck what you dont want to receive. These ones are under Exercise Goal milestones

How can this topic be marked as "Resolved" when notifications cannot be removed?  This should be a ticket that needs to be addressed. Looking at the notifications on my iPhone there is a box to the left of the notification with three ellipsis indicating there are options for the notification. Who wants to look at a red circle over Notifications for thirty days... or longer?
