My fitbit used to show the time, heart rate, etc., whenever I raised my wrist to about chest high.  It stopped doing that.  What am I doing wrong?  thanks

You probably have Screen Wake turned off, or maybe in Sleep Mode.  You can find these in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What are you doing wrong? You're wearing a Fitbit One on your wrist.

Did you perhaps mean to post in a different Fitbit forum? Fitbit One will wish you greetings when picked up but won't display these things without pushing the button and the One doesn't track heart rates

It doesn't have a heart rate sensor like other Fitbits.

The Fitbit one does not have this option. @setlevels could you possibly have a different model?
