Is there a setting to hide or display weight or other details without deleting them?

Hello and welcome to the forums @lcdatlanta

 

Just hold your finger on the tile long enough and a red X ought to pop up. Slide any tile you want to hide to that red X and it will be hidden. When you want to view it, just tell it "show hidden" and they will appear.
