Hello @ClaireGoodey,

Welcome to the community!

When you generically set an alarm through the Fitbit App, it'll set the alarm on your primary device.  And honestly, I found that the Fitbit App is finicky about remembering which device is my primary device (or it doesn't believe that I want to use my One as primary).

That said, you can set alarms explicitly on each device.  If you go to your account settings, you should see each tracker listed individually.  Tap on the picture of your Fitbit One, there you should have an option to set alarms on your Fitbit One.

Naturally, once you set an alarm, you'll need to sync.

I hope this helps.
