I have not used my fitbit since august (2016) will it recharge?

I have not used my fitbit since august (2016) will it recharge? The tracker is completely dead.  It's a fitbit One.  It is on the computer to be charged but so far I see no action.

Try  a restart at least 3 times

If it does not work then then the battery is probably to dead to revive
