Tried usual methods but the app is looking for my one. This happened after I installed a software iOS update. Help

I just switched from my Samsung to the iPhone 11 and it won’t sync either. The message says No Device Found, and doesn’t discover it to pair. I hope to get a solution soon.

I restarted my Fitbit and that seemed to work for me. Good luck!

Still no joy for me.Tried toggling bluetooth. Upgraded to the latest app on my iPhone 11. Tried restarting my One. No joy. Bluetooth does not even see the One so I can't delete it and re-search for it. Mercifully I can still sync with my clunky old Mac mini using the dongle, but even then I have to toggle bluetooth because FitBit app forgets about the dongle when the mini goes to sleep and wakes up.

@Melsgem there is not much to do when changing phones.
It really is no harder than logging out and logging in. If the old phone is not nearby or not working, no need to log out.
Simply load the app onto the new phone and log in.
Now accept any permissions asked for.
