Hi,
I love my Fitbit and am so upset it is acting crazy. The time is off. As stated, it is 9:52pm but has 4:07am on the device.
Is this fixable. I also tried to sync it on my phone but get a red exclamation point...don't know what that means. Am I getting that because the time is all messed up?
If this fixable?
Thanks.

The time will sort itself out once it syncs again.
I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

@Barb0713 is your fitbit syncing ok? It should reset the time every time it syncs. If it isn't syncing, try the troubleshooting steps in the earlier post in this thread.

Have you ever figured out how to fix this? I have the same issue. It's only 5 minutes off right now, but it will just get worse as time goes on.

I am having the same problem and what I finally figured out if you go to Activity and find your workout then touch the three periods (...) you can edit your time. If you adjust your start time for you activity to the correct start time then your steps and activity will correct itself. I think the problem is with the time zone, it is adding 4 hours to your time. When they fixed something in early August they broke something else.
