It's BAAAA---ACK (sync issue)

The same issue so many of us had to deal with about a month ago is back again. My One has not automatically synced up since yesterday morning.  Tried to force a sync and kept getting the message that it couldn't find my One, despite it being on top of my computer.  Tried it twice and it didn't work and on the third time Fitbit Connect just quit.
Whatever switch got flipped, unflip it please.  Why is my sig line so appropriate for this thing?

@Rmccall1025 If its not syncing to the WW app then remove the device form WW  site and try Setting it back up again.

No, that does not work.

The problem is not and should not be mine to have to go through AGAIN, after having it crop up only a month ago.  Fitbit needs to fix this problem on THEIR end, not leave it up to the user to have to fix it all the time.  There's no excuse for the device not syncing automatically unless there is a hardware problem, which there is not. Fitbit doesn't want to support Windows 7 anymore, despite the fact that a lot of us do not have the ability to upgrade our computers.

I've been with Fitbit since the preorder one year before the first Fitbit was produced.  The company has been consistently good at fixing problems.  I'm hopeful they'll get this fixed AGAIN, like they did last month.

Editing to add: Naturally, mere seconds after I posted this, my One synced up automatically, after having just refused to sync via Fitbit Connect.

Is it not more likely to be an issue at your end rather than a generic problem for fitbit to fix? My One does not have these issues so it's not affecting everyone.

I'm having a similar issue.  My One synths to the app but will not synchronize to my Weight Watchers app.
