I recently got my 12,430 lifetime distance badge.  Is there a badge that comes after this one for lifetime distance?

Thank you.  Does anyone know if Fitbit will be adding another lifetime distance badge past 12,430?

So, what happened after you reached 12,430 miles?  Did your badge count start over again with a second round of Marathon, March of The Penguins, London, etc.?

Nothing. No more lifetime badges. Really is a shame.
I am at over 14,000 now.

I agree. I feel like this is something so easy for Fitbit to add. I’m about to get the earth badge and it’ll take me another 3 years just to reach the pole to pole badge. Feels like badges haven’t been added for years and many of us have gotten more distance now

How hard could it be to add some badges? I am over 15,000 miles now.

@Angelcoach @Shadow190 @Tracker4Me Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for your interest in having more badges available. Congratulations for reaching so may lifetime miles!

I was checking the Feature Suggestions Board and was able to find this idea which is asking for more badges:

However, the ideas has been categorized as "Not Currently Planned". So, it is not currently on Fitbit's plans to add this. Please vote for the idea if you haven't done so already, that way Fitbit can see the interest in having more.

Thanks for your understanding. See you around!

You know, my current FitBit is due for a replacement.  Since I'm not going to get badges any more, this is a good reason to buy an Apple Watch instead.  Apple watches are nicer than FitBits, I was just hanging on because I was into the badges.

@Tracker4Me Thanks for your reply and for sharing your feedback regarding this. It's unfortunate to see you go.

The idea of having more badges is not currently on Fitbit's development roadmap. However, I will pass your feedback along.

Please check the Feature Suggestions FaQs for more details on how Fitbit decides which ideas to implement.

Keep me posted!

Last badge is Pole to Pole. So nobody at Fitbit thought a mandatory badge would have to be walking around the entire circumference of the earth (~ 24,000 miles)? UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The lack of additional long term badges indeed the lack of any apparent thought by Firbit to the issue is leading me to switch to Apple or possible another fitness app. Like many above I cannot understand why Fitbit management would fail to follow up on such a simple way to keep customers interested. I have stubbornly held on to some Fitbit stock but reexamining whether that is sensible given the companies performances ( or lack of) on badges. That  says more about corporate culture than might be good to know

Indeed!  Very short-sighted on fitbit's part.  When my charge 2 gives out, it will be on to some other platform for me!  I am already losing interest after getting the Russian railway after 2 years.

I bought an apple watch, that's what happened! My 2nd Fitbit got wonky & I was tired of trying to reset & fix it. Fitbit customer service took forever & wasn't very helpful, so I switched. I love the apple watch.
