I have a family fit bit account with my son's account attached. I did not have a fit bit.  I cannot get his fit bit to sync to his account.  All his stats show up in my personal account.   Any ideas?

Hello @Hazel333 and a warm welcome.  The only trackers that can be set up for a child are an Ace and an Ace 2.
