I lost my Fitbit One on 10/06/18 @  Epcot Food and Wine Festival. I know this a long shot, here to maybe. It’s burgundy and has Hi Sharon! written on the display.

Is this a place where you could heck lost and found and see if it was turned in? If so I would do that

@Macanoc1 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with your One. It's unfortunate to read that it got lost. 

Usually, Fitbit recommends using a Bluetooth Finder app to search and find lost devices. Check more details here.

Now, as I believe this option won't be possible to do; please follow @WendyB suggestion and contact the organizers of the event to see if they are able to find it through lost and found program.
