Lost Steps after syncing with new phone

Hi there,

I stopped using my fitbit one for a while. In that time, I got a new phone. Last week I charged my fitbit one (from flat) and put it straight on, where it started counting my steps. Installed the fitbit app on my phone today, logged in, and synced. Unfortunately when it synced, it logged no steps from my previous week of use, and started counting from xero from when I synced it. Is there any way to recover the log of the steps I have made in the past week? It's for a work challenge and I can't remember what my steps have been? Also, I logged in to my online dashboard and it is the same as the app (no steps logged prior to the initial sync). Regards

Hi @MJD21, I believe the answer is just as  @PureEvil explained in this thread.  Because you didn't first sync your Fitbit before using it, its clock was not updated, and therefore your steps will have logged to the date it was when it ran out of battery.
