Lost fitbit 1

I recently lost my Fitbit 1 and want to continue recording my activities which are set up and synced on my Dell laptop windows 10. My wife has a Zip Fitbit and I set it up on her own Ipad when it was purchased a year or so ago. She does not use it now and wonder if I can start to use her one. Is this possible? If so will I be able to continue to use my Dashboard as it has details of all my badges, achievements etc?.

Sure. You just need to set it up on your account with your email.

I would have her sync it one last time just in case and then remove from her account. The syncing one last time will prevent any unwanted badges or stats she did from going to your account
