My fitbit One was registering half the steps my 2 friends fitbit flexes did when we were together for thexample day. Literally together, all day. Stayed in same room, went everywhere together. How can that be?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Tina122. Please be aware the difference in the person's height is a reason that could cause a difference in the readings. If you haven't done it already I would recommend performing a restart to your One and give it another try. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you, but we already took height into consideration. I am 5'4", the
other two girls are 5'2" & 5'6". They had roughly 3,800-4,200 steps where I
had 1,700. Big difference. I will try a restart.
