Missing Fitbit One, replaced then found original!

Hello All,

About a year ago I lost a Fitbit One which had been bought for me by a friend.

I then bought a new one to replace it and successfully advised Fitbit through the website to start using the new one without any loss of history.

Some two months later I found the original Fitbit One attached to a shirt in my wardrobe!

However, I carried on using the new Fitbit which I then lost about two months later - I'm not making this up, honest!

I now need to re-install the original Fitbit and transfer the history from the new (current) Fitbit to the original.

However, I can't find the way to do this on the website and am not sure how I did the transfer the first time.

I hope someone can point me in he right direction, I'm not stupid even though the contrary might be more accurate judging by the above.

Thanks in advance,

Bernard Norrie

You just need to set it up using the same email as before so it will retain your records. It will wipe out the old one and begin with this one

Hello WendyB,

Many thanks for that, maybe I am stupid after all!

Your instructions worked like a charm.

Thanks again and regards,

Bernard
