My Firbit One needs to be reset 3 to 4 times a week.

The past 2 weeks my Fitbit One has had to be reset  3 to 4 times a week.  My Samsung Note phone keeps saying it can't find the tracker. Only after I reset it it finally shows up on the Bluetooth list. Why dies this keep happening??

Since needing to restart your little buddy so many times,

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.
