I know this was asked and answered before but I tried what they were told to do and it won't work. I have had the One for over a year and everything was fine. Then I added a Charge HR, and everything has been fine since, until today. I am not using my phone, just my computer. Until today, when I sync, it syncs the HR first then syncs the One. Today, it would old sync the HR. When I tried to manually sync the One, it says "Searching for tracker ONE" but doesn't sync. When I go into my account, it shows both trackers, and on the One is says Last Synced on 7/26. First I uninstalled Fitbit Connect and then reinstalled it because at one point I got a message that said "In order to sync, please make sure to uninstall Fitbit Connect ot other apps that are trying to use Fitbit Base Station." I wasn't sure what that meant, so I uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure. Then I tried turning the One off and back on. How do I know if it turned off? It buzzes after several seconds. Does that mean it's off? Because if I hit the button after it buzzes, it comes on right away without having to hold the button down. It also starts to run through numbers really fast like a stopwatch. I don't know when it's on and when it's off. It's terrible to be so old and un tech savvy! LOL I hope someone can understand what I'm talking about and help me.

Nevermind. I found a solution pon another thread posted by Evie, and it worked for me.
