My One - Two Walks for One

For some time now, my One will record two walks for almost every one I walk.  It bothers me, but I can always delete one.  What bothers me the most is that my Weight Watchers app picks these up and gives me too many Activity Points, and I don't know how to delete those.  Help me, please... Why the double-tracking of my walks?

Also had MapMyWalk tracking, and either the "restart three times" worked, or the fact that I've changed the start order of the two walk trackers was what has made the difference.  I think Fitbit Tracker wanted to be the first started and second one stopped, instead of vice versa.  Anyway, for now, I think I'm ok.  Thanks.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Nope.  Restarted three times...  But my one morning walk (the morning after) still tracked as two.  Will contact support, as suggested.  Thanks.
