I went to update my Fitbit One on the app on my iphone and I keep getting 'the operation couldnt be completed. com.fitbit.http 400' message coming up! I’ve now made sure my Fitbit is fully charged, done several resets, removed the app and reinstalled the app, removed my Fitbit from the app, and nothing works. Now I can’t sync my Fitbit with the app as every time I add in the 4 digit code I get the same error 400 message. Please help!!

Help! I went to update my Fitbit one on the app on my iOS mobile device and I kept getting com.error.http 400 or similar coming up. I’ve since made sure my Fitbit is fully charged, done several resets, removed the app and reinstalled the app, removed my Fitbit from the app, hard reset my phone and nothing works. I now also can’t sync my Fitbit with the app as every time I add in the 4 digit code I get the same error 400 message. My Fitbit is now stuck on yesterday’s date and step count before something went wrong.

Did you recently update the iPhone software? The latest release of iOS is causing problems across the board. Not just with Fitbit, but in other areas. Fitbit may be waiting for Apple to patch the OS before moving forward.

Not just with the iphone software, I've had the same issue for two weeks. I cant sync my one using my computer either. I keep getting the same error message (error 400) seems its a fitbit error. I contacted support and they tried to help me but when it couldn't be resolved offered me a 20% discount to get a new fitbit.... I don't want a new fitbit I want the one I have to work.

I am having the same issue. My fitbit synced yesterday at 8:41 pm and I have removed the app, readded the app, turned off my phone, restarted my phone, it still will not sync. I love my fitbit one and I do not want to buy a new one. Please help. I am just getting a forever search. no error messages just cannot find my fitbit.

Soon after the recent firmware upgrade, my One wouldn't sync, couldn't find the device. I've removed and tried to add from the iPhone app, and tried to add using the Windows app and Bluetooth dongle. The One works fine except it can't be found by any app to sync. And like others I don't want to get an offer to buy a new one, I just don't want planned obsolescence. Anyone had success with support, or has FitBit just turned some of our devices into bricks?

I just fixed mine. Put it in the recharging thing and plug into a USB slot. Press the button until you see the firmware version (FITBIT 6.60) - about 15 seconds. Take it out of the charger and press the button until you see your steps, and etc. Open the app on your phone/computer and sync it."
