I've called fitbit many times to find out why my One isn't showing my exercise on my land line computer or on the dashboard of my android device. If I manually enter the exercise info, it will show up on my android phone and my land line computer. What gives?
Do you know how old this tracker is and how long it has been out of production? It's time for a new tracker. There will be no updates and there are no repair options. Very sorry.
