My fitbit one won't turn on

It notified yesterday I needed to charge it again for the week , last night I put it on the charger with less than 1/2 charge, this morning complete dead.
Try it again for the last 4hours and still doesn't want to charge.

Hey hey hey @Mrsmendez it is nice to see new faces around!  Smiley Very Happy Sound too bad that your Fitbit One is not responding at all. But, don't worry, let me suggest you to try to restart your Fitbit One by following these instructions. Then leave it charging for around 3 hours, until it gets the full battery.
