Try restarting the Tracker. Click on helkp at the bottom of the page and then cliock on the One icon. There will then be an option for instructions on how to restart the tracker. You won't lose any information and you might regain the flights that were not recorded. At the very least, you may resolve the problem so that it resumes recording flights of stairs.
