My one reset about 8pm tonight and I lost about 25000 steps. Had this happened to anyone else?

Hi, @ScottA69, it sounds like this could be a timezone issue.  You can check that your timezone is correct by checking your app settings --> advanced settings --> time zone..

Sometimes things go wrong even if the timezone is correct.  It may fix the issue if you turn off auto timezone, select any WRONG timezone, sync, and then select the CORRECT timezone and sync again.

You can also update/ check your timezone on your web based dashboard here

You should also check that the time on your phone/ computer is correct.

Usually when a reset occurs at the wrong time of day you don't "lose" your steps -- they just sync to the wrong day, so hopefully they are there somewhere!

It also can help to give your Fitbit a restart.  This will not change any previous incorrect data, but hopefully it will prevent this from happening again.

Good luck, and welcome to the forums.
