I am sorry but you cant do that. The trackers need to be different models in order to use on One Account.
They can not be the same model.

Hello @Bitey, welcome aboard to our community. Indeed, the One offers better features that the Ultra and the way to set up the One is different from the Ultra. If you are doing this from a computer you need to download the proper software.
If your Windows PC is running the Fitbit app for Windows 10, refer to the Fitbit app for Windows 10, that you can find in the link above. After you have install the require client on your computer do the following.
Although I have the feeling that you already set up your tracker on your account. So let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I played around with it (because I just can't stand sitting around and staring at the poor One... ) and I ultimately figured out what to do. I have Windows 7... but it didn't seem to mind. I'm guessing that the dashboard will reflect the Ultra until such time as I retire it, which I really don't want to do because it has been so faithful for so long (4 1/2 years)! But I did discover that I can go to the settings page and toggle between the Ultra and the One, which was what I really needed because I wanted to try out the silent alarm feature on the One (and am proud to say it works perfectly). In case anyone is curious, I owe my successful weight-loss/fitness to my Ultra. Long story short, I once weighed 237 pounds (and I am 5' 5" tall); I now weigh 130 pounds and have managed to maintain it within a pound either way, and I owe it all to the motivation gained from my Fitbit. The thought of not having a Fitbit is scarier than the thought of falling off a cliff! So, I got the One and it now shares a pocket with the Ultra. The Ultra will someday bid me adieu, but until then, it has a new "pocket-mate." Thanks again for your response. The detail of it should be very helpful to anyone who gets a new One!
