Very frustrated.
Old tracker stopped syncing and nothing would resolve that. It had lasted over three years.
New tracker was just working less than an hour ago. There have been no changes to any of my devices. Now, it will not sync to anything. I only received it on May 1st.
Force restart worked this time, but I shouldn't have to do this with a new device.

Hopefully it will be a one time issue. As you say, you shouldn't have to do a restart normally (I have yet to do one in 3 years). If it does need regular restarting then you may want to contact customer support to see if a replacement is available via warranty.
