New page design knocked out my device

Hi, I have a Fitbit One and every since the page changed the design I no longer have a paired device.  And it won't let me pair it.  I use this for work so does this mean none of my steps are registering?

Welcome aboard to our Community @seasponge. Definitely this is weird my friend. I wonder if you are referring to the new iOS Dashboard? If you do, then this is odd as the new design shouldn't have to affect your tracker. Note that if your tracker is not paired to your account, indeed all the steps that your tracker is reading, wont be synced with your Dashboard.

So let me know if it prompt any error when you try to set up your tracker?

Since I assume you are using iOS, try the following steps to set up your tracker:

When the app is installed, open it and log in your account to get started. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab and then tap Set Up a Device. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue. You'll be guided through the process in connecting (“pairing”) your tracker to your mobile device.

Hope it helps and keep me posted how it goes.
