I bought the Galaxy Note 7 and I want to switch! Bluetooth sync to that device, but I can't seem to figure out how. When it shows up on my phone it tells me bad pin

Hello @DIVACHEF,

Welcome to the community!

Just install the Fitbit App and log in with your existing account's credentials (e-mail & password).  The Fitbit App will take care of the rest.

I hope this helps.

That doesn't work. I tried that. I even uninstall the app from my tablet. When I see the one in my Bluetooth settings and I click it it just says bad pin and rejects pairing

Okay, I uninstalled it from my phone and reinstalled and that worked.

@PureEvil Thanks for your input. @DIVACHEF Welcome to the Community! Just for future references, the reason why you were seeing bad pin is because you were trying to sync your tracker using  your phone's Bluetooth. However, in order to link your Fitbit tracker you should follow this set up procedure.

Hope this helps.
