Fitbit has a problem on their web site and with the Android app which I found today accidently. The battery on my One tracker died sometime on Tuesday but since somehow accidently Bluetooth was shutoff on my phone I was not alerted. So when I found my One was dead today I wanted to pinpoint when the battery died so I could log steps captured by the tracker built into my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active into Fitbit but it will not show the daily plot of steps except for today. For all other days it puts up the graph from 12am to 11pm put does not fill in the step data – I'd attach picture but can't figure out how to do it.
Then I found when I logged some data for Tuesday, it will graph the data I log via the web site but not the data captured automatically by my One tracker. Just to be clear, my Fitbit One battery is charged now and is synced and shows the total steps for each day in the summary, it just doesn’t plot the data for any day other than today. Same thing happens in the Android app.
Are you guys aware of this problem? Please let me know if you need any other info, should be easy to duplicate on your end.
Now for a suggestion, how about adding a button to allow me to sync my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active automatically into Fitbit for times like this when my tracker battery dies but the data was still captured by my phone. That would be an awesome feature for those 2 or 3 times a year when either I forget to charge my One or am in a place where I just cannot charge it before it dies.
Thanks,
John Murphy
