No data on my tracker

I installed my new fitbit one but there is no data shown on the screen (no hour, no steps, no floors ...). The tracker only shows Fitbit + numbers and a battery charger when it is in the dongle.  Am I doing something wrong because I am a dummy 😉 or is the fitbit not working properly 😞?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Either what @WendyB said or you have to connect it to you're acount
