No device paired

I have had a fitbit for 2 years, one day it just died, I got a new one, I now officially hate my fitbit, this fit bit has had issues since the day I got it, the first week it would not sync, I emailed support with my findings every time I have no real answers.  Then all of a sudden for two weeks it worked perfect, I was finally happy.  Today it did not sync at all, and now it says no device paired, I have uninstalled reinstalled and nothing changes, I officially give up, will try another fitness tracker, if anyone has a solution for this problem, I would love to hear it, I have wasted probably 10 hours on this fitbit since I received the replacement one, It's a fit bit one.  Thanks

@browneyes1958 Thanks for joining us! Hey, that's odd and I definitely understand we're you're coming from because I love my One. Let's go ahead and find solutions for this issue. As you mentioned you've contacted support I guess you already tried restarting your tracker. That usually does the trick. Let me know if you have and what was your tracker's behavior after that? I've found an article on how to set up your tracker if it says it's unpaired, check it out here! Hope this helps, keep me posted with the outcome! Cat Tongue
