Not getting the right amount of active minutes?

i went on a 73 minutes walk today & i manually logged the walk but it only registed 13 minutes as active minutes not 73, why is this?

@Claire22 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Your tracker will count one active minute after 10 minutes of moderate to intense activity. Intensity is the key for your tracker to track active minutes. Your Fitbit tracker will know you have been doing some intense activity as it uses metabolic equivalents called METs to calculate active minutes. Your METs depend on your weight and personal data; when you reach an MET of 3 or more, active minutes gets tracked. 

 

If you just feel that your One is being inaccurate; please perform a restart on it to fix.
