Hi Guys!
Having an issue with my one, it still syncs to my devices however the display no longer works. I've tried resetting it numerous times by holding the button down for 15 seconds while in the charger, removing from charger, and holding down for another five seconds and it does still vibrate.
I have tried contacting FitBit but they seem very hard to contact.
I even tried removing the device and re-sycnhing it and now it's asking for the code that is shown on the display but I can't even see it 😞
Anyone else have any ideas?

Multiple restarts are the only real tool we have and given this hasn't worked for you then it suggests a hardware issue and contacting customer support is the way to go.
