I have 2 sets of stairs in my home. Basement to main floor and main floor to upstairs. My One only tracks main to upstairs. On any normal day I probably do the basement stairs at least twice as often but One never tracks them. Why??

Hi @angelmutt. For a floor to count, the change in elevation must be about 10 feet or more; and the ascent must be uninterrupted. In our house for example, even though the height threshold is met, a floor will not always register because we have a two-tier staircase. Unless I make the turn without any pause with rather with a smooth continuous flow of movements, the floor might not register. I don't have to go fast, I just have to avoid pausing. Hope this helps. Cheers!
