Hi @angelmutt. For a floor to count, the change in elevation must be about 10 feet or more; and the ascent must be uninterrupted. In our house for example, even though the height threshold is met, a floor will not always register because we have a two-tier staircase. Unless I make the turn without any pause with rather with a smooth continuous flow of movements, the floor might not register. I don't have to go fast, I just have to avoid pausing. Hope this helps.
